1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the rights and obligations between the operator and the customer in the provision of services at Oasis Bounty – Thai Massage.

Business premises: Oasis Bounty – Thai Massage, Křemencova 5, 110 00 Prague 1.

  1. PROVIDED SERVICES

The establishment offers services in the field of Thai massage, relaxation, and regeneration.

  1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of a reservation made in person, by phone, email, or online. For online bookings, a non-refundable deposit of CZK 199 per person is required.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Service prices include VAT. Payments can be made in cash or by card, in CZK, EUR, or USD.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can be made without penalty no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the service price will be charged. After the massage has been fully completed, it is not possible to request a full or partial refund of the massage price.

  1. GIFT VOUCHERS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Membership programs are non-refundable and no financial reimbursement can be claimed.

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The operator undertakes to provide services professionally and competently. The customer is obliged to inform the therapist about any relevant health conditions and to follow the therapist’s instructions. By purchasing a massage, the customer assumes full responsibility (100%) for any potential health complications associated with the massage.

  1. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal under Section 1837 of the Civil Code does not apply to services booked for a specific date.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

The operator undertakes to protect customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the Privacy Policy.

  1. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The customer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority to seek an out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

These GTC become valid and effective on the date of publication and may be updated at any time. The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
